SHIPPING Policy

We ship all orders with 2-day shipping with signature service.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The cut-off time for same-day processing is  12 noon.

Please allow 2 business days to process and ship your orders.

Shipping Process and Time:                                                                

• We provide FREE shipping in the USA. So, you don’t have to pay any shipping charges. Our processing time is 0 – 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Once your order will be shipped, it will be delivered to your doorstep within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Currently, we just ship within the USA.

Shipping Method :
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days. (Monday – Friday) using FedEx.

Handling time: 0-1 day (MONDAY – FRIDAY)

Transit time: 1-2 days (MONDAY – FRIDAY)

We offer free shipping anywhere in the USA.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Shipping Status :
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we’ll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes :
Please contact us immediately with any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be swapped for other designs.

Item not received :
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet while the tracking status shows it’s delivered. you’d wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us at hala@precioushalo.com.

• Make sure to place your order at the earliest possible opportunity for quicker delivery to your doorstep.
• Once the order is placed and payment processed, it takes approximately 1-2 business days for the shipment of predesigned items.
• Custom-designed items, on the other hand, may take 2 days or more. Designers at Precioushalo put in their best efforts to tailor them according to your wishes. Therefore, custom-made pieces require a longer shipment span.
• We request patience from our customers during the delivery phase as our service providers are operating diligently to ship each order.
• Make sure your shipping details are accurate so that your orders can reach you without hassle.

We advise you to go through our shipping and delivery policies before making any purchases. This will ensure that you receive an incredible shopping experience and the best quality services.
