RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

There is a 25% restocking fee for all orders. A restocking fee is waived if you receive a damaged item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Returns and refund requests are processed on the same day they are received. If approved, you will receive RMA information from us and instructions on how to return your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • We received your item used or damaged.

  • The original receipt was not received with your return.

WRONG PRODUCT:

If you discover your order is incorrect, please contact us mail: hala@precioushalo.com With photos of the wrong product, we will provide a return shipping label. Once it is received, we will ship a replacement product immediately.

EXCHANGE:

We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product, please contact us by mail: hala@precioushalo.com. We will process a free exchange,

CHANGE OF MIND:

Change of mind – not accepted. No, return and refund will process Please Note: Color, Size, Texture.

CANCEL THE ORDER:

We usually ship immediately upon order.

Therefore if you’d wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can not guarantee your order will be canceled, yet you can always return the order once you receive the product.

** All refunds are issued after receiving the returned product and inspecting it. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to reflect in your checking account.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 – 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, recheck your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Please contact us if you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Final sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING RETURNS

IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee your return service. The buyer is solely responsible for getting their return safely to our return facility. We do not refund returns lost in the mail or any other issues preventing your return from reaching us. We highly recommend purchasing the correct insurance amount to cover your return item.

  3. Please wait for our jeweler to inspect and approve your return.

  4. If we find a discrepancy with your return, we will provide you with a detailed response.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you return more expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
